Mr. Andal is charged with executing value-add business plans through implementing capital improvements, identifying and correcting operational inefficiencies, and stabilizing occupancy at properties through leasing. He also provides underwriting support for the firm’s potential investments throughout the Sun Belt region. He is a member of the The Real Estate Council in Dallas, Texas.
Prior to joining C-III, Mr. Andal earned his CPA license and worked in the audit practice at KPMG before specializing in real estate valuation at Deloitte.
Mr. Andal is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Accounting.
