With nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and private equity real estate, Mr. Anderson brings his expertise to the Recovery Fund series of investment funds. He is responsible for the financial statements, tax filings, tax planning and compliance reporting for a real estate portfolio with over $4.5 billion of assets under management.
Mr. Anderson joined C-III in March 2010 following the firm’s acquisition of Centerline Capital Group. At Centerline, Mr. Anderson was responsible for the consolidation of $110 billion of real estate mortgage assets within seven investment funds with committed capital in excess of $2.1 billion. Prior to joining Centerline in September 2009, Mr. Anderson was with Trammell Crow Company and responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of five real estate funds with committed capital in excess of $324 million. Before Trammell Crow, Mr. Anderson worked with Crescent Real Estate Equities and Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation on fund accounting, SEC compliance and Statutory Accounting Principles.
Mr. Anderson earned a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
