Mr. Watson has extensive experience executing value-add business plans on both wholly-owned properties as well as with operating partners and third-party management.
Prior to joining C-III’s asset management team, Mr. Watson held roles in the firm’s loan servicing and investor reporting groups. Before coming to C-III, Mr. Watson worked at Fidelity Investments within its 401(k) investor reporting team for institutional clients.
He received a B.S. from Oklahoma State University in Marketing and Finance. Mr. Watson actively supports multiple volunteer organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Habitat for Humanity.
