Prior to joining C-III Capital, Mr. Waters served as a senior director of Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). During his 16 years at AIMCO, Mr. Waters led the partnership accounting group responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions, including SEC reporting, for a large portfolio of partnerships.
Prior to AIMCO, Mr. Waters was a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young for 16 years where he coordinated overall audit services for clients in the real estate, retail and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Waters received a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Furman University.
