She is responsible for insurance and risk oversight for all real estate assets. In this capacity, she also has served as risk manager for past affiliate companies including C-III Asset Management, U.S. Residential Group and Resource America.
Ms. Ezell brings over 30 years of diversified experience in risk management, CMBS, agency and affordable housing expertise. She has a background in primary and special servicing operations oversight including insurance, accounting, tax assessments, loan systems, cash management, mergers and acquisitions of servicing portfolios and employee management.
Prior to joining C-III Capital in 2011, Ms. Ezell worked for the predecessor companies, Centerline Capital Group and Arcap REIT beginning in 2003 as senior vice president over loan operations for primary, special servicing and the affordable housing divisions. From 1988-2000, Ms. Ezell worked with ORIX Capital Markets as vice president of Servicing and American Federal Bank, F.S.B.. Ms. Ezell began her career in public accounting.
Ms. Ezell attended Oklahoma State University where she majored in Accounting.
