Over the course of his career in commercial real estate, he has worked on both the debt and equity side of transactions alongside numerous banks, brokerage firms and alternative asset managers.
Before joining Island in 2010, Mr. Girsh specialized in the anlaysis and trading of commercial mortgage backed securities for C-III Capital Partners and on behalf of clients in an investment advisory role. Prior to that, he provided workout strategies for defaulted commercial mortgage assets.
Mr. Girsh earned a B.S. in Business from Siena College.
