As a Senior Vice President in the Equity Asset Management group at C-III Capital Partners, Sara manages a portfolio of multifamily, office and hotel properties on behalf of the firm’s investment funds. She also leads environmental initiatives on behalf of C-III, working to implement sustainability objectives throughout the firm’s real estate portfolio.
Prior to her role at C-III Capital, Ms. Lev held positions managing institutional investor relationships at AQR Capital Management, and as an asset manager for Equity One, Inc., a public shopping center REIT that has since merged with Regency Centers (NYSE: REG). Earlier in her career, Ms. Lev worked in the real estate group at the New York City Economic Development Corporation during the Bloomberg administration.
Ms. Lev is a graduate of Stanford University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus on Real Estate and Finance. She is a member of the Environmental, Social & Governance steering committee at C-III Capital Partners, as well as a member of ULI New York’s Mixed-Use Council. Ms. Lev also serves as co-chair of the Programming Committee for ULI New York’s Women’s Leadership Committee.
