She handles daily accounting for the firm as well as the treasury needs of Island Capital Group, C-III Capital Partners and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Island Capital in 2014, Ms. Montgomery was a Partnership Accounting Manager at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). During her more than eleven year tenure at AIMCO, her responsibilities included the preparation and review of periodic regulatory filings financial statements and annual audit reviews of up to eight public partnerships and over 100 private partnerships.
Ms. Montgomery earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
