Ms. Coppolino’s department focuses on reporting financial information to the firm’s limited partners, supervising the recording of daily transactions, reporting quarterly and annual results of Funds and coordinating with third-party auditors and accountants with respect to preparation of Funds’ financial statements and tax returns.
Ms. Coppolino joined C-III in March 2010 after transitioning from Centerline Capital Group following C-III’s acquisition. During her time at Centerline, she was a vice president in charge of commercial real estate accounting which accounted for seven investment funds with committed capital in excess of $2.1 billion. Prior to joining Centerline Capital Group, Ms. Coppolino was a senior fund controller for Capital Analytics, an affiliate of Lehman Brothers, supervising three real estate and mezzanine funds with committed capital in excess of $4 billion. Before that, she served as an assistant controller at The Archon Group, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, supervising the accounting for mezzanine funds with committed capital in excess of $5 billion. Earlier in her career, Ms. Coppolino was a senior SEC financial accountant at McAfee and a senior financial analyst and senior accountant at American Airlines. She began her career in accounting as a staff auditor at Ernst and Young.
Ms. Coppolino graduated from the University of North Texas with both an M.S. and B.S. in Accounting and is a CPA in Oklahoma.
