Mr. Fitz focuses on the financial, strategic planning and operational performance of the firm’s investments in diversified real estate services businesses as well as mergers and acquisition activities focused on real estate services and technology companies.
Prior to joining C-III Capital Partners in 2012, Mr. Fitz served a Director of Business Development for SCH Services, LLC, where he focused on industrial land development, partnerships and new business development opportunities. Before joining SCH Services, he held positions with Iconic Development (a private multifamily-focused real estate investment firm) and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
Mr. Fitz earned a B.S.B.A from the University of Florida in 2002 and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2009.
