He is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and closing of acquisitions as well as maintaining relationships with operating partners, brokers and financing sources. Mr. Seskin covers commercial and residential asset classes in markets throughout the United States and is a member of Island Capital’s Environmental, Social and Governance team.
Prior to joining Island Capital in 2015, Mr. Seskin worked in the Energy and Power investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing and leveraged financing for utilities and renewables companies.
Mr. Seskin graduated from Haverford College with a B.A. in Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
