Mrs. Fletcher is responsible for the oversight of the accounting operations and financial reporting functions at C-III. Prior to joining C-III, Mrs. Fletcher served as a Director of Accounting at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). During her 13 years at AIMCO, Mrs. Fletcher led the fund management group which was responsible for the financial reporting functions, including investor meetings, for a large portfolio of tax credit partnerships.
Prior to AIMCO, Mrs. Fletcher was with Insignia Financial Group for six years where she led the partnership accounting group responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions, including SEC reporting, for a large portfolio of partnerships. Prior to Insignia, Mrs. Fletcher was a certified public accountant at KPMG for five years where she performed audit services for clients in the real estate and finance markets.
Mrs. Fletcher earned a B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University.
