She partners with management to ensure HR effectiveness and maintains a positive culture while leading and promoting HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values.
Prior to joining C-III Capital Partners, Ms. Loughery was a Human Resource Generalist for Resource America. During this time, she was responsible for the administration of human resource policies, procedure and programs.
She graduated from Drexel University with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing. Ms. Loughery also serves on the Friends of the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center Committee.
