Forrest Richardson

Chief Information Officer

Forrest Richardson is Chief Information Officer for C-III Capital Partners. He is responsible for the planning and delivery of enterprise technology platforms that enable the firm’s business strategy and goals.

Prior to joining C-III Capital Partners, Mr. Richardson was responsible for leading Enterprise Architecture at Charles Schwab where he delivered enterprise application portfolio management—the technology and processes which enable planning software investment at an enterprise scale.

Mr. Richardson previously served as Chief Information Officer for Education Finance Partners where he spearheaded efforts to build a best-in-class student loan originations platform and helped scale the platform to almost $1 Billion in originations (top 3 in the nation). He also led efforts at JPMorgan and Bank One to transform their retail lending platform which housed over 2 million loans and $65 Billion in assets.

Mr. Richardson earned an M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Baylor University. He serves on the board of advisors for the Tomlinson Center for Leadership and as a mentor with Big Brothers, Big Sisters. He previously served as mentor with Boys & Girls Club of Dallas.

In addition to his responsibilities at C-III, Mr. Richardson co-founded and continues to serve as Director for OneLogos, an EdTech company which created a digital ecosystem serving the college and job training communities. OneLogos hosts Red Kite, an online platform helping families to navigate the college and job training process and to find the smartest sources of funds for education expenses.
