Based in the firm’s global headquarters, his primary focus is on developing new business opportunities and executing real estate transactions as well as growing the NAI Global brand across the globe. Mr. Moskowitz also assists in the development and implementation of NAI Global’s growth strategies to enhance value to clients and local offices.
Prior to NAI Global, Mr. Moskowitz spent five years at Deloitte Advisory where he served as a manager in the firm’s real estate consulting practice, specializing in valuation and advisory work for real estate assets. Before that, he spent four years as a commercial real estate broker in New York City with a focus on office leasing, performing both tenant and landlord representation services.
Mr. Moskowitz earned an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
