Ms. Schalitz is primarily responsible for the compliance and regulatory obligations for the firm’s SEC-registered investments advisers, Island Investment Management LLC and C-III Investment Management LLC.

Ms. Schalitz began her career with C-III in 2016 as a Compliance Analyst after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University in the Spring of 2016.
