Before joining Island Capital Group in 2011, Mr. Woods worked in the Leveraged Finance and Restructuring group at FBR & Co. Prior to FBR, he was a Vice President at Loughlin Meghji + Company, a boutique restructuring advisory company that provides turnaround, restructuring and bankruptcy advisory services to both debtors and creditors. He began his career in the Corporate Strategy group at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Woods earned a B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, from Northeastern University.
