Mr. Lyon oversees and implements value-add programs for multifamily communities in Texas concentrated in and around Austin, Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth.
Prior to joining C-III in 2010, Mr. Lyon worked as a special servicing asset manager for distressed CMBS loans at both ARCap REIT and Centerline Capital Group. He has been with C-III and prior iterations of the company for 15 years.
Mr. Lyon earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
