With over two decades of corporate strategic planning and organizational consensus building, Ms. Klever offers exceptional experience in ensuring the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining C-III in 2011, Ms. Klever served as the Vice President of Administration at The Corcoran Group where she directed strategic and financial initiatives and organized lease negotiations, vendor management, facilities and construction management for over 200,000 SF of office space. Before that, she was Director or Strategic Development at Douglas Elliman and was promoted to Vice President of New Development responsible for leading and supervising a division with a pipeline of over $1.2 B in residential real estate sales. Ms. Klever also worked as a Director of Consulting at Rubin and Katz, successfully leading the consulting group by evaluating and maintaining on-going projects and providing business and technical direction.
Ms. Klever earned a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Bowling Green State University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.
