These 1990's vintage properties were recently acquired by an existing client - a private national multifamily investment company.
Another client, a non-profit group, recently engaged U.S. Residential Group after deciding to make a change in the management of two tax credit properties in California. One of the properties is located in Sacramento and was built in 1993, and the other community, located in the southern California city of Santa Ana, was built in 1972.
